Refund and Exchange Policy for Laschal® Surgical Instruments
1. Returns and Refunds:
- LASCHAL® accepts returns received within 40 days from shipping date.
- Item must be unused, unsterilized, undamaged, and in its original packaging. (Please check the non-returnable items section to be sure item can be returned.).
- The ONLY exception to accepting used instruments is LASCHAL® Cutting Edge™ Needle Holders. Please see Section 3 (below) for details.
- There is a $40 restocking fee on each instrument returned.
- Any discounts received on purchase will be applied to refund.
- Refund will be issued to the original form of payment once returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Only instruments directly from LASCHAL® are eligible for return and refund
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or engraved instruments require special approval and may incur additional fees. Please contact customer service to discuss.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Non-returnable items include disposable items, consumable items, and sterilized or used dental surgical instruments.
3. Return of LASCHAL® Cutting Edge™ Needle Holders
- Partial account credit offered for return of used Cutting Edge™ Needle Holders.
- Instrument must be received by LASCHAL® within 65 days from original shipping date.
- Up to 50% of purchase price of instrument will be credited to account.
4. Return Procedure:
- To initiate a return please contact customer service via email (email@example.com) or fill out Return Authorization Form on LASCHAL® website to obtain RMA number.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged in a BOX to avoid any damage during transit. Any return not in a box may NOT be accepted.
- It is recommended to use a traceable shipping method with insurance for your protection.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless return is due to LASCHAL® error.
5. Refund Processing Time:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be credited to customer’s account may vary based on customer’s bank or payment provider.
6. Damaged or Defective Instruments:
- LASCHAL® offers exchanges for instruments received damaged or defective.
- Contact LASCHAL® Customer Service via phone or email within 16 days from shipping date to receive exchange.
- Exchange is initiated once returned item is received.
